This “Chupequin Sauce” is a fiery chile pequin-based hot sauce perfect for slathering on hot wings or as a flavor boost at dinner.  It's even perfect as a dip on Chupacabra Tortilla Chips.  The chile pequin is known throughout Texas and the southwest has a petite pepper with a heck of a kick.
