All of our beef is produced from our own herd. We like to call it "single-source beef". That means we know the mother, the conception, the nutrition, the care and the production of each and every animal that passes through our herd. We guarantee that each cut we put out is natural, free of pharmaceuticals and synthetics (NO hormones, vaccines, topicals, feed additives, etc.), and produced with more attention to natural methods that you will find anywhere else.
While almost every butcher you encounter procures beef from multiple herds from who-knows-where, our single-source beef is curated right here in West Texas from our own herd with an attention to natural health and clean production. We're nerdy about our beef. Our team has gone above and beyond what is expected to produce the highest-quality Wagyu and Angus beef on the market. We don't just do what was acceptable, we do what is right. We've even created our own mineral tubs, feed formulations and treatment methods to make sure we know every supplement or vitamin taken in by our cattle is known and natural.
